
last weekend at the CA boom show, i entered my name in the eames print giveaway. today, rockstar roz called me from the eames office to lay down the spendid news that i won! i nearly fainted.
i was offered eight gorgeous print options and allowed to choose one for all eternity. my pick: "great legs" photographed by charles eames at the brussels world fair, circa 1958. (see above). the print comes with a certificate of authenticity and everything. i knew whoranging for eames would pay off one day.

designer harry allen (of roller stop fame) grants you 14 karat, gold plated luck with his latest keychain. however, unlike allen's pig bank, i'm not sure if this rabbit died of natural causes.

the eames aluminum lounge chair turns fifty this year. in celebration, the iconic chair received a luscious, white-leather fitting and posed proudly for the paparazzi at the CA boom design show.
