on this lovely tuesday, let's mediate upon the portraits of these birdies' backsides as seen through the lens of french photographer audrey corregan for her series entitled "obviously."
if you're like me, you're probably contemplating three things:
1). how did audrey get her subjects to pose so still?
2). why is her series entitled "obviously"?
3). what kind of bird is that in the bottom left hand corner?
(answers: 1). taxidermy. 2). obviously, i, too, am clueless. 3). terrier?)

Perhaps it's because "Obviously" those pictures are awesome?
That would be kind of immodest on her part, though.

I checked out her website. Her Family Pictures is in the same vein, though at least the title of the series is less cryptic. And she has a thing for brooding men with tats.
