happy 2009, kittens!  i hope your holidays were filled with sparkles, relaxation, and shameful delight.

for those of you who have managed to uphold your new year's resolutions -- a tip of the tiara to you.  once again, i have failed to purchase and use the thigh-master, so i guess great legs are going to have to wait until 2010.

luckily, one of my favorite blogs, west of hollywood, revealed the exercise regimen behind such shapely stars as january jones and ann-margret.  the routines drip with glamour, glitter, and gams.  be sure to pay yourself a visit and get motivated!

however, if your new year's resolution involves getting everyone to love you and shower you with gifts, then you best send out your holiday thank you cards ASAP.  may i suggest the following...
