19 designers, architects, and fashion icons have donated their time and talents to customize their own, one-of-a-kind, arne jacobsen swan chairs for the pink swan project.
participants include karim rashid, nate berkus, jonathan adler, simon doonan, and many more. check out the designers and their chairs at suite ny. the chairs will be auctioned off by charity buzz and the proceeds will benefit the breast cancer research foundation.
the online auction will run october 1-31, 2011.

Yes. The Adler chair... not so much. Reminds me too much of a Bloodhound Gang album that will remain unnamed.

I like the Missoni and Vincent Wolf designs. Great concept for sure!

HA! I think I know which one you're referring to. Honestly, I'm not in love with the Adler chair either (although I love his work). But, I love the fact that he participated.

i agree with Noe regarding the Missoni and Vincent Wolf interpretations. i'm a fan of designer chairs, i hope they do more projects like this.
