kittens, this 1958, one-bedroom home went up for sale last week and i have already envisioned where i'd pose every morning with my coffee and hot rollers.
the window-clad, 1026 square foot, compact wonderland is located in my hometown neighborhood of silverlake and was build by frank lloyd wright's apprentice allyn morris.
above left is where i'd sip my coffee while tweeting about the butterflies and unicorns frolicking in my side yard. life would be good.
the asking price: 668,000 clams.
there was an open house yesterday, however, i missed it due to father's day. yep, in the land of WHORANGE, fabulous dads always trump fabulous architecture.

Is that expensive by Los Angeles standards? I guess it is only a one bedroom.

$668,000 sounds pretty reasonable to me, too, for a designer house. What it lacks in square feet it makes up for in space! Yowza! I like!
