trigger happy: roy rogers' horse for sale

roy rogers' famous equine co-star, trigger, was placed on christie's auction block yesterday and wrangled up $266,000.

sure, i thought roy's sidekick would lasso more bucks.  however, i was more shocked that the celebrity steed was up for sale.  poor trigger.

but, as you know, at WHORANGE, it's all about the love.  so, let's celebrate the fact that during trigger's illustrious career, he learned many nifty tricks including untying ropes and dancing the hula.
