i first read about these ganache-filled, almond-infused macarons on oh joy!.  since then, i wake up every morning thanking joy for bringing paulette into my life.

paulette's award-winning patissier, christophe michalak, describes each macaron as having its own personality & flavor ranging from sicilian pistachio, new orleans praline, violet cassis, to madagascar vanilla (just to name a few).
